How much does a corporate headshot cost in Chicago?
Individual headshot sessions start at $400 for a 30-minute session. Premium packages with hair & makeup, wardrobe styling, and multiple looks are available at higher rates. Team rates are structured as half-day or full-day packages. Contact me for a custom quote.
What should I wear for a corporate photography session?
Solid colors and classic cuts photograph best. Avoid busy patterns, logos, or anything too casual. Bring 2–3 outfit options so we can find the most flattering look. Premium packages include professional wardrobe styling. I’ll also send a full prep guide before our session.
How long does a corporate photoshoot take?
Individual headshot sessions are a minimum of 30 minutes. Full premium sessions run 1–2 hours. Team sessions are booked at a 2-hour minimum, with half-day and full-day rates for larger teams of 10 or more.
Do you come to our office, or do we come to you?
I specialize in on-location photography — I come to you. I can shoot in your office environment, bring a seamless background and professional lighting for studio-style headshots, or scout a Chicago location that fits your brand. Studio sessions can be arranged upon request.
How quickly will we receive our photos?
Individual headshot clients receive a full gallery of processed proofs within 72 hours. Team sessions are delivered within 5–7 business days. Retouched final images follow shortly after your selections.
Can we book ongoing headshots as we hire new team members?
Absolutely — many of my corporate clients schedule new hire photography quarterly. I keep notes on your lighting setup and style so new portraits match your existing team perfectly.
Do you photograph outside of Chicago proper?
Yes! I regularly photograph clients in Evanston, Oak Park, Naperville, Wilmette, Schaumburg, and throughout the greater Chicago metro. Travel is available further afield — inquire for details.
